  1. Join the server with the button above.
  2. Go to the #create-a-ticket channel.
  3. Click the 🎫 Open Ticket button (our ticket bot) to start a private order channel.
  4. Paste your order summary from below. Done!

Build your order

This creates a clean summary. Hit Send to Discord to post it to our order channel, or copy it into your ticket.

Setup (for the shop owner)

A · Connect the ticket bot to your server

  1. Invite a ticket bot to your Discord: Ticket Tool or Discord Tickets both work.
  2. In its dashboard, create a ticket panel in a channel called #create-a-ticket.
  3. Copy your server's invite link and paste it into the CONFIG at the bottom of this file (discordInvite).

B · (Optional) Auto-post orders with a webhook

  1. In Discord: Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook. Point it at an #orders channel.
  2. Click Copy Webhook URL.
  3. Paste it into the CONFIG below (webhookUrl). Now Send to Discord posts every order automatically.

If no webhook is set, Send to Discord copies the order and opens your invite so customers paste it into a ticket. Still works, just one manual step.

No Refunds
To set this up: open this file in any text editor, find the CONFIG block below, and paste your Discord invite and (optionally) webhook URL inside the quotes. Save, refresh, done.
